**Our orders are usually posted via Royal Mail, however if your order is large in size then we may use a courier service if that best suits the needs and will get it to you sooner.
If tracking is requested and paid for, then we will email you tracking information when it is dispatched. Please note, orders that qualify for free postage will not be send tracked unless trackable postage is paid for (you can select this at the checkout).
When ordering, please check the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping. Providing that it has not yet already been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
All deliveries outside the eu may be subject to local imports and duties and may be affected by customs and excise delays. Please note that Maddy Sargent Studio cannot be liable for any import duties and taxes that may be imposed.**
